目的 探讨神经导航在经鼻蝶垂体瘤术中的应用价值。方法 应用神经导航技术经鼻蝶切除3 4例垂体腺瘤。术前行三维重建,确定手术入路,术中实时导航,监测肿瘤切除程度。结果 3 4例在神经导航引导下均能精确定位,肿瘤全切2 4例,次全切10例。仅有8例术后出现短暂尿崩,其余未见明显并发症。结论 神经导航定位准确、安全、简便,在经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术中起到重要作用,但肿瘤的安全切除仍依赖手术医生的技术。
Objective To investigate the value of neuronavigation in transsphenoidal pituitary tumor. Methods Nerve navigation technique was used to excise 34 pituitary adenomas via the nasal butterflies. Three-dimensional reconstruction before surgery to determine the surgical approach, real-time intraoperative navigation, monitoring the degree of tumor resection. Results All 34 cases were accurately positioned under the guidance of neuro-navigation. Twenty-four cases were completely resected and 10 cases were subtotectically resected. Only 8 patients had transient insipidus and no obvious complication in the rest. Conclusion Nerve navigation is accurate, safe and easy to perform and plays an important role in the resection of the pituitary tumor of the nasal cavity. However, the surgical resection of the tumor still depends on the technique of the surgeon.
