目的 :将免疫磁性分离技术应用到水和食品致病微生物检验工作中 ,达到快速地从样品中分离致病微生物的目的 ,以提高检测速度。方法 :对磁性粒子首先进行高分子物质的包被 ,继而进行了三种磁性粒子对细菌的非特异性吸附现象和免疫磁性粒子对细菌特异性结合能力的观察。结果 :未经包被的磁性粒子对细菌有很强的非特异性吸附 ,免疫磁性粒子对相应细菌特异性结合能力较强 ,并基本不受杂菌对分离效果的影响。结论 :免疫磁性分离技术比常规分离方法节省很多时间 ,可快速从样品中分离出致病微生物。
OBJECTIVE: To apply the immunomagnetic separation technology to the water and food pathogenic microorganism testing and to quickly isolate the pathogenic microorganisms from the sample to improve the detection speed. Methods: Firstly, the magnetic particles were coated with macromolecules, and then the nonspecific adsorption of bacteria by the three magnetic particles and the observation of the specific binding ability of the immunomagnetic particles to the bacteria were observed. Results: The uncoated magnetic particles had strong nonspecific adsorption to bacteria, and the immunomagnetic particles had stronger specific binding ability to the corresponding bacteria, which was not influenced by the bacteria. Conclusion: Immunomagnetic separation technology can save a lot of time compared with the conventional separation method, which can quickly isolate pathogenic microorganisms from the sample.
