基于独立学院的办学特点、学生特点以及经济管理类专业的学科特点,加强实践能力的培养是独立学院经管类专业人才培养的一个重要课题。大多数独立学院经管专业的实验实践教学几乎都是沿用母体学校的培养方案和教学计划,没有形成符合其自身特点的教学体系,这使得实践教学主体地位不突出、实践教学缺乏系统的教学文件和制度规范、实验室建设不力、实习基地匮乏等问题更加突出,从而导致实践教学效果达不到独立学院人才培养目标的要求。本文就目前独立学院经管类实验实践教学体系存在的问题进行了深入的分析,对构建独立学院经管类实验实践教学体系进行了积极的探索,提出了“五模块”的实验与实践教学体系,并通过采取各种措施,在实验与实践教学模式、课程体系、教学规范、教学内容、教学方法、实验室建设等方面取得了一定的成果,使我院经管类专业学生的实践能力和创业能力得到了明显的提高。
