When the heart is normal, the VCG cross-sectional (H) T-ring running direction is generally the same as the running direction of the QRS ring, and both of them are operated in a counterclockwise direction. When the T-ring in the H surface was clockwise (CW) run, more thought to be myocardial repolarization, often prompted myocardial ischemia or myocardial damage. In order to explore its clinical significance, we performed a left ventricular function test in 52 patients with H-plane T-ring CW and compared with 50 normal controls. 1 object and method normal group of 50 patients, 23 males and 27 females, aged 19 to 65 years (mean 41 years).
