针对轧材在高倍检验过程中经常出现的非金属夹杂物超标问题,经过理论与实践分析认为连铸参数、特别是钢水过热度和拉坯速度对轧材纯净度有较大影响。以12CrlMoV低碳钢为例,对以往生产过程的连铸参数和钢材高倍检验结果进行分类总结,运用6σ管理的核心工具软件MINITAB,对这些数据进行了统计分析,得出了比较合理的连铸钢液过热度和拉坯速度参数,并运用于生产实践检验,非金属夹杂物超标炉数比率和夹杂物出现平均级别都得到了很大程度的下降。
Aiming at the problem of exceeding the standard of nonmetallic inclusions often encountered during the high magnification test of rolling material, the continuous casting parameters, especially the overheating degree of molten steel and the casting speed, have a great influence on the pureness of rolled material after theoretical and practical analysis. Taking 12CrlMoV low carbon steel as an example, the continuous casting parameters and the high magnification test results of the past production process are classified and summarized. By using the 6σ management software MINITAB, the statistical analysis of these data shows that the reasonable casting Molten steel superheat and casting speed parameters, and applied to the production practice test, non-metallic inclusions exceeded the number of furnaces and the average level of inclusions have been greatly reduced.
