According to reports by J Am Chem Soc [2013, 135 (28): 10542-10549.], Key Laboratory of Mesoscopic Chemistry of Nanjing University, Professor Wang Leyong and Professor Pan Yi of the Supercomposition Chemistry and Smart Materials Laboratory of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Professor successfully constructed a new type of supramolecular vesicles based on the inclusion complex of water-soluble column [6] arenes (WP6) and ferrocene derivatives, and for the first time realized a pH-controlled supramolecular vesicle system for drug delivery system. Over the past two decades, along with the rapid development of nanotechnology, scientists have been devoting themselves to the development of new drugs that can significantly improve the bioavailability of drugs.
