[目的]荧光增白剂是国家安全生产监督管理总局2011年颁布的《职业病危害因素分类表》中定性的化学毒物,本研究探讨荧光增白剂染毒对体外哺乳动物细胞的染色体的影响,为荧光增白剂遗传损伤机制的研究提供科学依据。[方法]使用不同浓度的荧光增白剂28处理中国仓鼠肺细胞,通过体外哺乳动物染色体畸变实验检测细胞的染色体畸变程度。[结果]在有代谢活化系统条件下,各剂量染毒组结构畸变细胞率与阴性对照组相比,差异无统计学意义。[结论]本研究未显示荧光增白剂28造成体外哺乳动物细胞染色体损伤。
[Objective] Fluorescent whitening agent is a qualitative chemical poisons in Occupational Hazards Classification Table promulgated by the State Administration of Work Safety. This study investigated the effect of fluorescent whitening agents on the chromosome of mammalian cells in vitro, Provide a scientific basis for the study of genetic damage mechanism of fluorescent brighteners. [Method] The Chinese hamster lung cells were treated with different concentrations of optical brightener 28, and the degree of chromosomal aberrations of the cells was tested by in vitro mammalian chromosome aberration test. [Results] Under the condition of metabolic activation system, the rate of structural aberration cells in each dose exposure group was not significantly different from the negative control group. [Conclusion] This study did not show that fluorescent whitening agent 28 caused chromosome damage in mammalian cells in vitro.
