目的 研究当归黄芪汤在慢性肾衰竭中的应用效果.方法 选取我院慢性肾衰竭患者82例,按照随机抽签法分组,各41例.对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取当归黄芪汤

目的 研究当归黄芪汤在慢性肾衰竭中的应用效果.方法 选取我院慢性肾衰竭患者82例,按照随机抽签法分组,各41例.对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取当归黄芪汤治疗.比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后肾功能[血清尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)].结果 与对照组总有效率70.73％相比,观察组90.24％较高(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,观察组血清BUN较对照组低,Ccr较对照组高(P<0.05).结论 当归黄芪汤治疗慢性肾衰竭具有显著疗效,可明显改善肾功能,值得临床推广.
