为探讨缺氧缺血性脑损伤时脑第二信使 1,4,5 -三磷酸肌醇 (IP3)变化 ,本研究在生后 7日龄新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤动物模型上采用放射蛋白竞争结合法进行 IP3测定。结果显示 :正常生后 7、8、9日新生大鼠脑额叶脑皮质、海马及丘脑 IP3含量不同 ;生后 7日龄新生大鼠缺氧缺血后额叶脑皮质、海马 IP3降低 ,丘脑 IP3 升高 ,动态观察上述变化以缺氧缺血后72小时明显 ,2 4小时之内显著。提示 :缺氧缺血性脑损伤时脑第二信使 1,4,5 -三磷酸肌醇代谢障碍
In order to investigate the changes of 1,4,5 - triphosphate (IP3) in brain of second messengers of hypoxic - ischemic brain damage, we investigated the effects of hypoxia - ischemia brain injury on neonatal rats 7 days after birth Radioprotein competition binding method for IP3 determination. The results showed that the content of IP3 in the cortex, hippocampus and thalamus of the neonatal rats on the 7th, the 8th and the 9th day after birth were different; the IP3 of the cortex and hippocampus in the frontal cortex decreased on the 7th day after hypoxia-ischemia in neonatal rats, Increased thalamus IP3, dynamic observation of the above changes to 72 hours after hypoxic-ischemic significantly, 24 hours significantly.
