“模块式”办学模式是北京市昌平农村职业学校在“模块式”教学研究基础上发展起来的。该办学模式把职业学校的管理、教育、教学、生产、科研、经营、服务融为专业实体,即各专业教研室是职业学校的办学实体,以坚持为区域经济和社会发展服务为办学方向;以振兴农村经济、为农业现代化、为农民致富服务为办学特色;以“模块式”教学为人才培养模式;以全面推进素质教育,培养创新精神为育人宗旨,优化学校教育功能,最大限度地开发和利用学校资源及设备,使办学既符合经济发展规律,又符合教育发展规律,创造出最佳的办学质量和效益。
