中职学校教育的重点已由向规模发展转变为提升教学质量。新形势下中等职业学校如何提升“双师型”教师能力,是提高教育质量、增强内涵发展动力的关键。对喀什卫生学校“双师型”教师能力的现状进行调查,指出了“双师型”教师存在的问题,分析了原因,旨在通过对“双师型”教师能力现状的思考,提升师资队伍能力,以适应中职教育发展的需求。
The focus of secondary vocational school education has shifted from the scale of development to improve the quality of teaching. Under the new situation, how to improve the ability of “double-qualified teachers” in secondary vocational schools is the key to improve the quality of education and enhance the impetus of connotation development. This paper investigates the status quo of teachers’ abilities in Kashgar health schools and points out the existing problems of “double teacher” teachers. The author analyzes the reasons for the current situation of “double teacher teachers” Thinking, enhance the ability of teachers to adapt to the development of secondary vocational education needs.
