如果高速增长期还能维持十年,那么就要面对两个问题,一是把高速增长的潜力发掘好、利用好,二是要为进入中低增长期做好准备。中国经济已经快速增长了30年,这个势头还能保持多长时间?一般估计是十年左右。
If the rapid growth period can last for ten years, then we must face two problems. One is to tap the potential for rapid growth and make good use of it. The second is to prepare for entering a period of low and medium growth. China’s economy has been growing rapidly for 30 years. How long will this momentum last? The general estimate is about 10 years.
