随着Ag-NOR染色和计数技术的不断改良和推广,现已做为一项定量指标应用于肿瘤的研究中,其中肿瘤的良恶区分及其恶性程度的分析均有一定的价值。本文采用Ag-NOR染色和计数技术对17例双侧乳腺癌进行Ag-NOR定量分析。分析癌灶25个,癌旁组织12个。观察结果表明,二者银颗粒在分布,形状及计数等方面均有不同。在计数上具有显著差异。在各种不同组织类型的乳癌灶中,除一例髓样癌在银颗粒的分布特点,形态及计数上有其特殊性,其余各型无显著差别。
With the continuous improvement and promotion of Ag-NOR staining and counting technology, it has been used as a quantitative indicator in the study of tumors, in which the analysis of benign and malignant tumors and their malignancy degree have certain values. Ag-NOR quantitative analysis of 17 cases of bilateral breast cancer was performed using Ag-NOR staining and counting technique. Analyze 25 cancer foci and 12 paraneoplastic tissues. The observation results show that the silver particles of the two are different in distribution, shape and counting. There are significant differences in counting. Among the different tissue types of breast cancer, except for one case of medullary carcinoma, there were particularities in the distribution, morphology and count of silver particles. There was no significant difference among other types.
