转子铸铝用离心铸铝法浇注时,其铸铝模的设计方案如图1所示。在实际使用中发现,在切浇口时,体力劳动强度大、时间长、回生浇口多,转子铁心容易冷却,给轴的热套带来了困难。由于原切浇口刀是分段切凿,使短路环内圆形成波段形,很不美观。为此,我们对浇口套和切浇口刀作了改进,见图2及图3。

In practice, it is found that when the gate is cut, the manual labor intensity is large, the time is longer, the regenerating gate is more, and the rotor core is easy to cool, which brings difficulties to the shaft heat sleeve. For this reason, we made improvements to the sprue bushing and the gate cutter, as shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3.
