纤维增强复合材料轻型装甲抗高速FSP弹侵彻性能

为研究纤维增强复合材料轻型装甲抗高速FSP弹侵彻性能,采用模压工艺制作了玻纤/高强聚乙烯纤维/玻纤(层合板I)和玻纤/芳纶纤维/玻纤(层合板II)两种层合板,将纤维增强复合材料层合板与945钢组成轻型装甲并开展弹道试验研究其抗侵彻性能。通过分析弹道试验结果,指出了破片模拟(FSP)弹、945钢板和层合板变形失效模式。结果表明,FSP弹呈现出"蘑菇状"墩粗变形;945钢板发生绝热剪切破坏;层合板主要变形破坏模式为纤维的剪切失效和拉伸断裂,纤维出现不同程度的原纤化并反向喷出,纤维层间存在明显的分层;层合板中玻纤层还伴随脱胶失效破坏;层合板I出现鼓包和侧面皱缩;层合板II的变形损伤区域小于层合板I变形损伤区域;随着弹体入射速度增加,945钢板与层合板单位面密度吸能呈现线性增加;设计的层合板I抗侵彻性能优于层合板II。
