采用气相色谱热导池检测器,在线分析了甲醇羰基化反应中的CO含量,考察了色谱定量管温度、压力、气体流速等操作条件对定量准确度的影响,求出了液相组分的相对重量校正因子。本方法对于同类间歇反应的气相组分的色谱分析具有一定的参考价值。
The content of CO in the carbonylation of methanol was analyzed on-line with a gas chromatographic thermal conductivity cell detector. The influence of operating conditions such as temperature, pressure and gas flow rate on the quantitative accuracy was investigated. Relative weight correction factor. This method has certain reference value for the chromatographic analysis of gas-phase components of the same batch reaction.
