基于我国国家数字出版基地的发展现状:发展中存在的数字出版法律法规及配套政策落后、专业人才匮乏、市场定位不清晰、群聚效应、产业规模效应未实现最大化等问题,提出国家应加快修订相关法律法规及配套政策、引进培养专业人才、明确主业清晰定位、走园区式发展道路组合、重整基地资源等相对应的建议,得出国家数字出版基地的建设可以推动整个数字出版产业的做大做强,其发展前景也必将是明朗的。
