1987～1991年,按《全国人体寄生虫分布调查实施细则》的统一方案和要求,分层随机整群抽取26个县(市)、104个村(点)进行了调查。为了完成庞大的数据处理和复杂的计算分析,实现计算机自动化管理服务,我们将资料建成数据库。结果报告如下。一、数据来源 (一)个案调查对每个调查对象均按户造册,上门落实,送检粪便。镜检与培养等步骤进行。调查方法及主要内容:(1)改良加藤氏厚涂片法,检查各种肠道蠕虫卵。(2)碘液直接涂片法,检查各种肠道原虫包囊。(3)试管滤纸培养法,检查各种肠道线
