建立了用ICP-MS法测定食品中硒的检测方法。使用微波消解的方法对样品进行前处理,减少了处理过程硒的损失。运用ICP-MS对消化液进行分析,选取Ge作为内标元素进行外部校正的方法。并对照分析了标准物质。校正曲线的相关系数为0.999 9。回收率在89.5%~98.0%之间。相对标准偏差1.87%~3.62%(n=6)。
A method for the determination of selenium in food by ICP-MS was established. Using microwave digestion of the sample pretreatment, reducing the loss of selenium treatment process. Using ICP-MS analysis of digestive juice, select Ge as the internal standard method of external calibration. The comparative analysis of the standard material. The calibration curve has a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The recovery rate was between 89.5% and 98.0%. The relative standard deviations were 1.87% ~ 3.62% (n = 6).
