目的:研究125I粒子装载过程中工作人员受照剂量。方法:选择测量粒子为前列腺癌治疗所用的14.8MBq的125I粒子,测量粒子周围的剂量率,按照平均装载速度及前列腺癌平均的植入粒数86粒,评估125I粒子装载过程中工作人员的受照剂量。结果:在无屏蔽防护情况下,操作人员全身有可能受到高于剂量限值的照射。不同的操作方式,操作人员手部的受照剂量不同,分批倒出粒子装载可以降低手部的受照剂量,分批装载次数越多,手部的受照剂量越低。结论:建议在125I粒子装载中,在L型铅防护屏下或防护通风橱中进行,以降低全身剂量;采用分多次装载的方法,以降低手部的剂量。
Objective: To study the dose of staff in 125I particle loading process. METHODS: The dose of 125I particles measuring 14.8MBq used in the treatment of prostate cancer was selected and the dose rate around the particles was measured. Results: In the absence of shielding, the operator may experience exposure above the dose limit. Different modes of operation, the amount of exposure of the operator’s hand dose, batch dumping particle loading can reduce the dose of the hand dose, the more batch loading, the lower the dose of the hand. CONCLUSIONS: It is advisable to carry out 125I particle loading under the L-lead screen or in a fume hood to reduce the systemic dose and to use multiple loadings to reduce the hand dosage.
