在机器制造业、议表制造业或其他工业中,常常遇到许多工件要在机床上进行刻度(或用晒象刻蚀),工件形状有圆柱体、圆锥体或平面等;需要刻度的部位也各有不同,有的在圆周上,有的在圆柱面上。很多工厂在进行刻度时,大都在铣床上一刀或多刀刻出,这样比较慢,并且容易出错。今年1月,我厂试验成功一项技术革新,利用刻度滚刀在车床上进行刻度,大大减轻了劳动强度。原来在铣床上需要25分钟,现在2秒钟就可以了,提高效率500倍以上,而且等分也较原来准确,保证了质量。现把这种刻度滚刀的制造和计算方法介绍如下,以供参考。刀具材料用高速钢或高碳工具钢均可,它与刀把的装配见图1。一、圆柱体的圆周刻度刀具的直径、齿数、齿距要与工件的直径及线距成一
