多机驱动的带式输送机是矿山生产中的重要设备之一,在矿山生产行业得到了极为广泛的使用。但是多机驱动的带式输送机存在功率分配比与驱动力分配出现偏差的问题,加之带式输送机本身存在电耗过大、难以精确控制等问题,这些都极大得影响了带式运输机的稳定、高效运转,如何解决矿用带式输送机多机驱动的功率平衡以及节能控制等问题,也成为了当前煤炭行业发展过程中亟待解决的问题。本文分别分析了带式输送机多机驱动的功率平衡以及节能控制问题,并提出了相应的控制系统设计策略,为带式输送机的改进工作提供了理论指导。
Multi-drive belt conveyor is one of the important equipment in the mine production, which has been widely used in the mine production industry. This paper analyzes the power balance and energy-saving control of the multi-machine drive of belt conveyor respectively, and puts forward the corresponding control system design strategy, which provides theoretical guidance for the improvement of belt conveyor.
