苏南农村65岁以上的人口约占苏南农村总人口的7.35%,占苏南65岁以上人口总数的67.39%,农民养老问题日益严峻。而以家庭养老为主的农村养老制度已越来越不能满足农村养老的需求,建立新型农村社会养老保障制度已进入议事日程。本文以苏州市为例探讨了新型农村养老保险制度的现状、问题与思考。
The population over 65 years of age in rural areas of southern Jiangsu accounts for about 7.35% of the total population in rural areas of southern Jiangsu Province, accounting for 67.39% of the total population of people 65 and over in southern Jiangsu Province. The problem of providing endowments for the peasants is becoming increasingly serious. However, the old-age pension system in rural areas, which is mainly based on family support, has increasingly failed to meet the needs of rural residents. Establishing a new-type rural social pension system has entered the agenda. This article takes Suzhou as an example to discuss the status quo, problems and reflections of the new rural pension insurance system.
