在一种35Ni-15Cr型铁基高温合金中,硅含量对持久强度和瞬时性能影响显著,而铬含量由15%降低至12%对力学性能和抗氧化性能影响不大。铬和硅含量的降低,可以延缓或抑制σ相和Laves相的形成,增加合金的组织稳定性。研究了G相的提取分离方法,用化学分析法与电子探针技术测定了G相的化学成分,其化学式大致为Ni_(18)Ti_(10)Si_6。 In a 35Ni-15Cr iron-based superalloy, the silicon content has a significant effect on the long-term strength and instantaneous performance. However, reducing the chromium content from 15% to 12% has little effect on the mechanical properties and oxidation resistance. Chromium and silicon content decreased, can delay or inhibit the formation of σ phase and Laves phase, increase the alloy’s tissue stability. The G phase extraction and separation method was studied. The chemical composition of G phase was determined by chemical analysis and electron probe technique. The chemical formula was approximately Ni 18 Ti 10 Si 6.
