在新课改背景下,导师制不再只是大学的一种制度,近年也开遍于全国各地中学。高中导师制指的是聘请本班的任课老师作为学生的指导老师,对学生进行思想引导、学习辅导、生活指导、心理疏导的一种个别化的教育教学辅助制度。但在推行的过程中不可避免的出现了一些问题,如导师人员设置不合理、师徒双方参与性不强、学校配套设施不健全等。针对存在的问题,笔者结合所在学校的实践活动,进行了如下思考。一、重视导师的选择和培养
