本文以国际上现有关于剪力传播的研究成果为基础,根据钢筋混凝土的基本原理和国内外的大量试验数据以及自己的混合水平正交试验L_(27)(9×3~7),提出了新的剪力传递机理,得出了弯矩的作用对于各种粗糙剪切面的剪力传递强度都具有显著的不利影响这一重要结论,对国外学者的结论性意见和规范的传统概念提出了修正.
