电力计量这一环节是面对面与客户交流的窗口,反映了电力企业的管理水平,对于其管理质量最直观的标准就是电力企业的声誉和规模。计量管理是一个系统工程,有必要建立一套完整的标准化体系,进一步规范化实施和管理电力计量工作。本文以三个标准为出发点,对于提高电力计量的准确性,具有一定的现实实践指导意义。

Metrology management is a systematic project, and it is necessary to establish a complete set of standardized systems to further standardize the implementation and management of electricity measurement.
