针对目前AZ91镁合金消失模铸造浇注温度控制系统在调控温度时,存在明显的滞后性及偏差性等问题,对消失模铸造工艺及浇注温度对AZ91镁合金流动性进行研究,分析了浇注温度控制的工艺流程,提出了基于单片机的AZ91镁合金消失模铸造温度控制系统,设计了温度控制系统方案,采用PIC单片机作为控制器,联合模糊PID算法,实现对温度的实时控制。通过仿真实验结果表明,该温度控制系统在对温度进行调控时,调节时间短、控制精度较高。
