在田径训练中尤其是短跑、跳远的训练中,运动员股后肌群拉伤的现象比较常见,不少有发展前途的运动员,因股后肌群拉伤,影响系统训练,甚至不少运动员,因伤后愈合慢,严重影响到运动员的发展前途。下面就田径运动员股后肌拉伤的原因及预防,谈一下笔者的看法。
In track and field training, especially in short sprint and long jump training, muscle strain of athlete’s posterior femoral strangulation is relatively common. Many athletes who have promising future will suffer from strained muscle of post-femoral head, affecting system training and even many athletes, Slow healing after injury, seriously affecting the development of athletes.
