AlFeVSi合金具有耐高温、耐腐蚀等优异性能.作者研究了该合金的锻造工艺,旨在为将来生产大件做基础性准备工作.采用喷射沉积-包套锻造工艺制备样品,通过金相、力学性能、SEM、TEM等实验,对锻前、锻后的合金组织和性能进行对比分析.结果表明:采用大的变形量,能使喷射沉积锭坯的层与层之间达到更好的冶金结合,改善分层现象,提高合金的抗拉强度和延伸率.
AlFeVSi alloy with high temperature, corrosion resistance and other excellent performance. The author studied the forging process of this alloy, which is intended to provide basic preparation for large-scale production in the future. The samples were prepared by spray deposition-enveloping forging process. The microstructures and properties of the alloy before and after forging were analyzed by metallography, mechanical properties, SEM and TEM. The results show that using a large amount of deformation can make better metallurgical bonding between layers and layers of the spray deposited billet, improve the delamination and improve the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy.
