宋乐凯,男,一九五三年出生于山东省烟台市。现任烟台商业技工学校烹饪教师、山东省烹饪学会会员、特二级烹调技师。 宋乐凯一九七四年考入烟台商业技校烹饪专业,师承声名卓著的齐鲁名厨潘其岩、王新甫、车克奎、马克功等人。在诸位大师的精心培育下,宋乐凯犹如鱼翔大海,鸟跃长空,技术上日趋千里,在短短几年时间里便成为烟台市颇有名气的青年厨师,并以品学兼优的成绩留校担任实习指导教师。
Song Lekai, male, born in 1953 in Yantai City, Shandong Province. IncumbentYantaiCovercraft school cooking teacher, Shandong Province cooking association, two special cooking technician. Song Lekai admitted to Yantai Commercial School in 1974 culinary profession, outstanding instructors Qilu chefs Pan Qiyan, Wang Xinfu, Chequi, Mark Gong and others. Under the great cultivation of all the masters, Song Lekai is like a fish and a sea of birds and skies. As the technology grows ceaselessly, it becomes a well-known young chef in Yantai City within a few short years, School served as internship instructor.
