今年6～7月,我们对黄河流域沙棘示范区建设的情况进行了年度检查验收。共检查了13个示范县,这些示范县1995年下达种植沙棘任务为7000hm~2,1994年遗留任务7720hm~2,合计应该完成1.472万hm~2。验收结果表明:13个示范县共核实完成1.49万hm~2,任务完成率为101％,造林质量也明显提高,验收合格率达到了91.5％。通过检查验收,我们认为与上年相比,示范区工作取得了新进展,主要表现在以下几个方面: 1、各示范区所在县各级政府领导明显提高了对沙棘的认识,加强了对示范区建设的领导;2、示范区建设实行了工程管理,加强了沙棘种植的计划性,保证了建设质量;3、注重规模、集中连片建设,统计13个示范县1年内共建成66.67hm~2以上片38处,20hm~2以上片122处;4、各示范县的管护工作卓有成效,管护体系健全,水保预防监督站也积极参与,查处毁林案件;5、对沙棘育苗工作高度重视,精心组织苗木生产,育苗技术普遍过关,13个示范县的水保部门今年共组织沙棘育苗35.13hm~2。
From June to July this year, we conducted annual inspection and acceptance of the construction of the seabuckthorn demonstration area in the Yellow River Basin. Through inspection and acceptance, we think that new progress has been made in the demonstration area compared with the previous year, mainly in the following aspects: 1.
