本文论述了用于浇铸封闭缩孔钢锭时无碳保护渣研制过程。并用全面质量管理方法筛选保护渣配方,比较了各个配方的物理化学性能,及其试验效果。通过试验数据和钢锭解剖数据的分析,及其轧管效果的讨论,肯定了无碳渣封顶浇铸工艺的优越性,它是一条浇铸封闭缩孔钢锭的新途径。
This article discusses the development of a carbon-free mold flux for the casting of closed-cored steel ingots. The TSP was screened by TQM, the physicochemical properties of each recipe were compared, and the test results were compared. Through the analysis of experimental data and anatomical data of ingot and the discussion of its effect on tube rolling, the superiority of capless casting technique is confirmed. It is a new way of casting closed shrinkage steel ingot.
