采用正交设计实验法对工作参数进行了最佳选择,用基体匹配的办法消除基体影响.对在最佳实验条件下,测定杂质元素检出限在0.04×10 ̄(-2)~2.62×10 ̄(-2)μg/ml,相对标准偏差1.79%~7.30%。标准回收率为88.55%~115.66%。方法简便、快速,能满足钻系列产品质量的分析需要。
Orthogonal design experiment method is used to choose the best working parameter, and matrix matching is used to eliminate matrix influence. The detection limits of impurity elements in the optimal experimental conditions ranged from 0.04 × 10 -2 to 2.62 × 10 -2 μg / ml with relative standard deviations of 1.79% -7. 30%. The standard recovery was 88.55% ~ 115.66%. The method is simple and fast, and can meet the needs of the analysis of the product quality of the drill series.
