为了克服现有被动式生物芯片的不足,本文设计了一种新型的主动式芯片系统,在该系统中引入负压发生装置及控制装置,对NC膜上发生的抗原抗体反应进行控制。对该系统进行仿真,结果表明它具有快速、稳定、鲁棒性好等优点,能满足实际要求。该系统将有助于提高抗原抗体反应的效率,改善芯片检测结果的重复性和准确性。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of existing passive biochips, a new type of active chip system was designed in this paper. Negative pressure generator and control device were introduced in this system to control the antigen-antibody reaction on NC membrane. The simulation results show that the system has the advantages of fast, stable and good robustness, which can meet the actual requirements. The system will help improve the efficiency of antigen-antibody reaction, improve the repeatability and accuracy of the chip test results.
