舌侧矫治技术相比唇侧矫治技术具有更优的美学效果,但目前常用的舌侧蘑菇型弓丝矫治技术却存在临床操作复杂、牙齿的三维控制困难等问题。为解决上述问题,通过改变粘结厚度、改变托槽形态、改变弓丝高度三种方式实现舌侧直丝弓应用。STb、Lingual jet、ALIAS、In-Ovation-L等舌侧直丝弓矫治系统陆续在临床上得到使用。舌侧直丝弓矫治器使用连续形态的弓丝,能够缩短临床操作时间并降低成本;连续的弓丝形态提高了牙齿的移动效率,避免牙齿往复移动;同时部分舌侧直丝弓托槽槽沟更接近牙齿阻抗中心,在关闭拔牙间隙时能减少前牙舌倾。舌侧直丝弓托槽的上述特点,使其在舌侧正畸治疗中具有一定优势,但其在正畸生物力学中的相关研究仍有空间。“,”Lingual orthodontic is superior to labial orthodontic in aesthetics. The continuous arch form improves the efficiency of tooth movement by avoiding round tripping. It also reduces the lingual inclination of the anterior tooth at the stage of space closure because some of the straight wire bracket slot is closer to the center of resistance. The characteristics mentioned above are the advantages of the straight lingual appliances. But there are still more to be answered in its orthodontic biomechanics.
