近年来人们已从大鼠、小鼠等啮齿类动物的颌下腺中发现并分离出近30种生物活性物质,它们主要分布于颌下腺颗粒曲管细胞分泌颗粒内。本实验采用免疫组织化学方法对大鼠颌下腺内生长抑素(SOM)、P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)及神经肽Y(NPY)等神经肽类物质进行定性和定位观察,为深入研究颌下腺对机体功能的影响提供理论依据。
In recent years, nearly 30 bioactive substances have been found and isolated from the submandibular glands of rat, mouse and other rodents.
