广东省连平县莲塘公社机务队广大职工,在党的“九大”团结、胜利路线指引下,坚持“自力更生”、“艰苦奋斗”的伟大方针,发扬敢想、敢干、敢于攀登科学技术高峰的革命精神,克服了种种困难,在设备差,材料缺的情况下,奋战一个多月,试制成功了油桐脱壳机。一、主要结构及工作过程该机主要是由盛料箱(1),脱壳滚筒(2),传动齿轮(4),被、主动传动皮带轮(5)和(6),及机架(9)等所组成(参见图)。脱壳滚筒是由一条长230毫米的4寸水管及12条滚筒齿条(长320毫米×宽25毫米×厚5毫米)焊接组成。
