新时期背景下,企业与企业间的竞争愈加激烈,特别是人才竞争。在国有企业内部,知识型工作人员流失情况明显,对其未来生存与发展产生了直接的影响。根据实践调查研究可以发现,国有企业人力资源管理方式相对落后且薪资福利机制缺乏竞争性,加之企业文化的经营效果不理想,致使国有企业知识型工作人员严重流失。为此,国有企业需不断改进自身管理模式与经营方式,进而增强对于知识型人才的吸引能力。基于此,文章将以国有企业知识型员工流失问题作为研究重点展开深入研究,采取有效的解决对策,以期有所帮助。
In the new era background, the competition between enterprises and enterprises is more and more fierce, especially the talent competition. In the state-owned enterprises, the loss of knowledge workers is obvious, which has a direct impact on their future survival and development. According to the practical investigation and study, it can be found that the relatively backward human resources management methods of state-owned enterprises and the lack of competitive compensation and welfare mechanisms combined with the unsatisfactory corporate management results in a serious loss of knowledge workers in state-owned enterprises. To this end, state-owned enterprises need to continuously improve their own management mode and mode of operation so as to further enhance the attractiveness of knowledge-based personnel. Based on this, the article will take the knowledge-based staff turnover of state-owned enterprises as the research focus to conduct in-depth research and take effective measures to solve the problems, in the hope of helping.
