从现今学校体育工作现状和以后的发展趋势来看,女性体育教师在教师结构框架中所占的比例将越来越大。在学校体育工作中,女性体育教师不仅完全有能力完成体育教学科研工作,更重要的是,女性体育教师因为其独有的性别优势,在教学工作的过程中,她们更易与学生沟通,有助于提高学生对于体育锻炼的兴趣和参与程度。不仅基层女性体育教师是学校体育工作中的一面旗帜,从国家到各省市(区)、学校的各级女性学校体育工作者都十分关心和重视学校体育工作的开展,关心学生的健康成长和综合发展,都在为学校体育事业默默地付出着、辛劳着。值此“三八”国际劳动妇女节来临之际,编辑部策划了本期的“三八”国际劳动妇女节专题,采访了多位在各个层面工作的女性学校体育工作者,请她们谈谈作为一名女性学校体育工作者,在工作过程中的经验和体会,感受她们对学校体育工作的热情和孜孜不倦、乐此不疲的敬业精神。
