American Superme Manufacturing Co., Ltd. designed a low-profile new pumping unit (see photo) that operates at less than 7 feet (about 2.1 meters) and about 6 to 7 feet (1.8 feet) lower than most conventional pumping units ~ 2.1 meters). Most farmland sprinkler systems that rotate around a central pivot can go above them without the need for special local buckling.
