目的:了解先天性甲状腺功能减低症(CH)学龄期儿童行为问题发生率、分布及其行为问题特征,为减少其行为问题进一步改善患儿预后以及提高其生存质量提供理论依据。方法:运用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)对36例CH儿童(男童16例,女童20例,年龄6~12.9岁)和与之匹配的72例正常儿童进行测试,对其测试结果进行比较分析。结果:CH组儿童行为问题发生率为22.22%高于对照组的8.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CH组男、女童行为问题发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CH组女童在体诉及违纪因子得分高于对照组。结论:CH学龄期儿童存在一定行为问题,治疗时需注意甄别以利于早期干预,以便患儿在生理、心理方面均能达到良好状态。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the incidence, distribution and behavioral problems of children with congenital hypothyroidism (CH) in school-age children and provide theoretical basis for further improving their prognosis and improving their quality of life in order to reduce their behavioral problems. METHODS: Thirty-six CH children (16 boys, 20 girls, aged 6-12.9 years) and matched 72 normal children were tested by Achenbach Children’s Behavior Scale (CBCL), and their test results were compared analysis. Results: The incidence of behavioral problems in CH group was significantly higher than that in control group (22.22% vs 8.33%, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of behavioral problems between CH group and male group (P> 0.05) , CH group girls in body and disciplinary factors score higher than the control group. Conclusion: There are some behavioral problems in CH school-age children. Treatment should pay attention to screening in order to facilitate early intervention so that children can achieve good physical and psychological status.
