目的 :探讨牛珀至宝微丸对内毒素休克大鼠脑诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (InducibleNitricOxideSynthase,iNOS)表达的影响。方法 :静脉注射内毒素 1 5mg/kg、腹腔注射D -氨基半乳糖 (D -GaLN) 1 0 0mg/kg造成内毒素休克模型 ,免疫组化方法检测iNOS在脑区的表达。结果 :内毒素组iNOS阳性细胞分布于大脑皮质、纹状体、脑干、小脑等。而牛珀至宝微丸能明显降低内毒素所致iNOS表达 ,二者间比较 ,差异有显著性。结论 :牛珀至宝微丸治疗内毒素休克脑损伤与下调iNOS表达相关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Niupo Zhibao Pellet on the expression of inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase (iNOS) in rats with endotoxin shock. METHODS: Endotoxin (15 mg/kg) and D-galactosamine (D-GaLN) (100 mg/kg) were injected intraperitoneally to induce endotoxin shock. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of iNOS in brain regions. Results: In the endotoxin group, iNOS-positive cells were distributed in the cerebral cortex, striatum, brainstem, and cerebellum. Niupo Zhibao Pellets can significantly reduce the expression of iNOS induced by endotoxin. The difference between the two is significant. Conclusion: Niupo Zhibao Pellet is effective in treating endotoxin shock brain injury and down-regulating iNOS expression.
