按照诊断性后评估的程序与方法,对某机场周边既有住宅隔声降噪工程进行了使用后评估。评估的内容包括社区的整体环境质量、改造后室内外声环境、居住舒适度、隔声门窗使用情况、改造后阳台的使用情况以及居民针对隔声改造工程的意见与建议等7个方面。通过24h噪声监测、居民问卷调查、入户访谈,以及技术座谈会等方式,得出了初步结论。综观各项评价标准,可知该住宅隔声改造工程的综合效果较好,住宅室内声环境较改造前有了明显的改善,且居民的居住舒适度得到了一定程度的提升。但是在阳台的使用便利性、隔声门窗开启设计、项目施工管理、隔声措施的系统性、飞机噪声的针对性以及适老性设计等方面仍存在一定的改进空间。
According to the procedures and methods of post-diagnostic evaluation, the post-use assessment of existing residential sound insulation and noise reduction projects around an airport was carried out. The assessment includes seven aspects: the overall environmental quality of the community, the sound environment after renovation, the comfort of living, the use of soundproofed windows and doors, the use of balconies after renovation, and residents’ opinions and suggestions on sound insulation renovation projects. Through the 24h noise monitoring, residents questionnaire, home interviews, and technical forums and other means, reached a preliminary conclusion. Looking at the evaluation criteria, we can see that the comprehensive effect of the residential sound insulation renovation project is better, the acoustic environment in the residential house has been significantly improved compared with that before the renovation, and the residents’ living comfort has been improved to a certain extent. However, there are still some room for improvement in terms of the convenience of use of the balcony, the design of opening of the soundproof windows and doors, the construction management of the project, the systematicness of the sound insulation measures, the pertinence of the aircraft noise and the design of the old age.
