2005年9月,在长春市召开的图们江地区开发项目第8次协商委员会会议上,联合国开发计划署提出大图们江地区合作开发,扩大原来图们江地区开发项目的地理范畴,还一致同意将1995年签署的图们江流域经济发展项目咨询委员会协议再延长十年,并继续加强区域内现有的联系与合作,推动东北亚地区的经济增长和可持续发展。本文将通过对图们江地区国际合作开发的环境分析,为更好地推动该地区的发展提供一定的参考。
In September 2005, at the 8th Consultative Committee Meeting of the Tumen River Area Development Project held in Changchun City, the United Nations Development Program proposed the cooperation in developing the Greater Tumen River region and expanding the geographic scope of the original Tumen River area development project. It unanimously agreed to extend the agreement on the Advisory Committee of the Tumen River Basin Economic Development Project, signed in 1995, for another 10 years and continue to strengthen the existing contacts and cooperation in the region so as to promote economic growth and sustainable development in Northeast Asia. This article will provide some reference to better promote the development of the region through the environmental analysis of the international cooperation and development in the Tumen River area.
