受转型期诸多因素影响,我国的行政制度文化建设呈现出不理想的发展现状,从该领域基本理论出发,剖析现状,发现现阶段制约我国行政制度文化发展的困境在于行政制度建设、制度制定主体与受体之间关系以及意识形态三方面。结合转型期社会特征,探析我国行政制度文化的发展出路,以期对我国政治体制改革进行补充,并能推动其发展。
Influenced by many factors in the transformation period, our country’s administrative institutional culture shows an unsatisfactory development status. Based on the basic theory in this field, the author analyzes the current situation and finds that the dilemma of restricting the development of our country’s administrative system culture lies in the construction of the administrative system and the main body And the relationship between receptors and the three aspects of ideology. Combined with the social characteristics of the transitional period, we explore the way out for the development of our country’s administrative system and culture so as to supplement our country’s political system and promote its development.
