讨论了研制高精度碳纤维复合材料天线副反射器采用低膨胀合金 (殷钢 )模具材料的必要性。通过对模具结构分析 ,在制定合理的工艺规程基础上 ,解决了模具制造过程中殷钢材料切削加工和热处理工艺等技术难题。研制出的碳纤维复合材料天线副反射器模具表面精度达0.028mm。
The necessity of developing a low-expansion alloy (Invar) mold material for the development of high-precision carbon fiber composite sub-reflectors was discussed. Through the analysis of the mold structure, the technical problems of cutting and heat treatment of Invar material in the mold manufacturing process are solved on the basis of formulating reasonable process rules. Developed carbon fiber composite antenna reflector surface accuracy of 0.028mm.
