目的:应用1stOpt软件计算大鼠静脉注射梓醇的药动学参数。方法:选取文献大鼠静脉注射梓醇的药动学试验数据,利用1stOpt方法求算静脉给药的药动学参数,并与文献应用Matlab和3P97方法求算静脉给药的药动学参数进行比较。结果:3种方法求得的药动学参数接近,3种方法拟合静脉注射梓醇的血药浓度时间曲线的残差平方和相差不足1%。结论:3种方法得到的拟合公式差异微小,尤以1stOpt算法为优。 OBJECTIVE: To calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters of catalpol in rats by 1stOpt software. Methods: Pharmacokinetic test data of catalpol in rats were selected, pharmacokinetic parameters of intravenous administration were calculated by 1st Opt method, and pharmacokinetic parameters of intravenous administration were calculated by literature and Matlab Compare Results: The pharmacokinetic parameters obtained by the three methods were close to each other, and the difference of the squares of the residuals of the plasma concentration time curves fitted by three methods to intravenous catalpolol was less than 1%. Conclusion: The fitting formulas obtained by the three methods are quite different, especially the 1stOpt algorithm.
