随着民航飞行架次日益增多,空管通信、导航、监视设备台站日益增多,业务的传输安全要求不断提高,针对近期出现的各类传输或供电故障等原因引起的一些不安全事件,空管局已提出传输系统需要双路传输、双路供电,通过双路传输,可保障重要业务不间断通信传输,通过双路供电减少因单一电源故障引起的整个系统瘫痪的风险,减少故障修复时间,更好的为管制员提供坚实、稳定的空管设备保障。本文对空管现有各台站的传输环境分类分析,在基于银讯现有ZMUX-3036系列设备基础上,将实现系统最优组网的方案,达到相对安全为最终的目标。文中将呼伦贝尔空管站三个甚高频遥控台传输和将要建设的规划中建设的七个台为例进行分析研究。

In response to some recent unsafe incidents caused by various transmission or power supply failures, The bureau has proposed that the transmission system needs to be dual transmission and dual power supply. Through dual transmission, the uninterrupted communication and transmission of important services can be guaranteed. The dual system power supply reduces the risk of paralysis of the entire system caused by a single power supply failure, reduces the repair time, Better for controllers to provide a solid, stable air traffic control equipment. In this paper, we classify and analyze the transmission environment of the existing stations in ATC. Based on the current ZMUX-3036 series equipment of Yinxun, the scheme of realizing optimal system networking is achieved, and the relative safety is the ultimate goal. In this paper, the transmission and construction of three VHF remote control stations in Hulunbeier ATC Station will be analyzed and studied as an example.
