湖北麻城市总工会,注重财务管理,形成了市总、系统、基层三级工会财务管理网络,使工会事业兴旺发达。一、抓财会基础,促“五化”管理该市现有系统工会62个,基层工会382个,从市总到基层工会都有财务机构,配有专职或兼职会计人员,实行了目标管理。通过狠抓会计基础工作,实现了财务管理的“五化”,即专业化、统一化、标准化、规范化、制度化。专业化就是要求所有从事工会财会工作的人员必须具备相应的技术水平;统一化,就是做到统一会计科目、统一帐簿,统一凭证,统一记帐方法,统一报表;标准化是指全市工会经费按统一口径、标准管理和使用;规范化,是指帐簿设置、记帐、结帐按会计达标规范进
